Convergence Envelope Printer
Convergence provides an envelope printing feature to print envelopes to any party or contact for the current case. Clicking 'Envelope Printer' in the popup menu brings an envelope printer popup.
The 'Address To:' menu contains a list of the client and all contact/organization types for the current case, with names filled in where found.
A return address will be placed on the envelope if the checkbox 'Include Return Address' is checked. Clicking 'Print' will download a printable document with the appropriate addresses filled in. You may see a browser dialog asking to save or open your envelope file after clicking 'Print'.
The envelope printer uses an envelope template to produce a Word compatible envelope file for printing. The envelope template may only be altered by the admin user.
